That’s the news coming out of this year’s Tokyo Game Show, where a trailer - which we've embedded below - revealed the new date.
Persona 5 has been delayed until “Summer 2016" (that's winter on this side of the planet - IGN Africa ed).
Curiously, Persona 5 was missing from this year’s E3. Before that, the publisher’s official website indicated a 2015 release window.
We’ve reached out to Persona 5 publisher Atlus for comment and will update the story should we hear back.
